How soon can you come out?
We confirm a time by phone or text after you request service. Most appointments are scheduled within a few days, and urgent problems such as smoke in the room or an animal in the flue get priority.
Do I need a cleaning or an inspection?
If it has been more than a year, start with an inspection: it tells you whether the flue needs sweeping and whether anything is damaged. Cleaning clears buildup; it does not fix cracks, leaks or a failing liner.
Do you show me what you find?
Yes. We explain what we see and, for repairs, give you a written quote before any work begins, so you can decide without pressure.
Can you repair problems during the same visit?
Small items are often handled on the spot. Larger repairs are quoted after the inspection confirms the cause, then scheduled.
